I know I sound like a broken record here but this is so linked with listening to my body and honouring what it needs in the here and now!! Sometimes if I'm really busy and feeling stressed, I can lean towards a power class as I think that if I dedicate time to yoga I need to make it 'worth while' and so I need to sweat and work hard! Most of the time what my body is really craving is more restorative yoga and the opportunity to switch off. Actually, I would like to finish every day in savasana!
