Although it's slightly cliche, dancer pose has to be my favourite as providing I'm properly warmed up, once I get there it feels so graceful yet powerful.I have to be careful as a yoga teacher that my ego doesn't take over and make me want to push further than I should - that constant battle between listening to my body and feeding the ego!
