About Me

Hey, I'm Sophie!

I’m a yoga teacher, holistic life coach, nervous system guide - and a woman who knows what it feels like to hold it all together while slowly falling apart.

 

For years, I lived in the fast lane - thriving in a corporate HR career, ticking all the boxes of what success should look like. But behind the scenes, I was exhausted, disconnected, and quietly burning out. I kept pushing, kept striving, believing that if I just worked a little harder, achieved a little more, then maybe I’d finally feel fulfilled.

 

But that version of success came at a cost - and that cost was me.

 

What I really craved was space. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to hear my own voice underneath the noise of expectations. Becoming a yoga teacher and diving deep into holistic wellbeing wasn’t just a career pivot - it was a lifeline. It was the beginning of coming home to myself.

 

This journey taught me how to soften. To slow down. To tune into the wisdom of my body. And most importantly, to redefine success in a way that felt nourishing, not depleting.

 

Now, I support other women - especially ambitious, heart-led women like you -who are tired of chasing a life that doesn’t feel like their own. Through the practice of yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation and soul-aligned coaching, I create spaces for you to reconnect with your body, your truth, and your own unique rhythm.

I live in Cleobury Mortimer - a small town on the Worcestershire/Shropshire border in the UK, our cosy corner of the world - with my husband and our two little ones. This phase of life - motherhood - is my most important role yet. I want my children to grow up knowing success isn't found in constant striving but in being connected, grounded and joyful - and these values underpin how we try to live our lives! Every day I'm learning to model emotional regulation, presence and balance - not perfectly but intentionally - so they know it's safe to feel, to rest, and to live life their own way.

Because these are the lessons we're all here to master!

 

My classes and sessions aren’t about doing more. They’re about being more you - in your power, in your peace, in your purpose.

 

Because I believe success doesn’t have to mean sacrifice. And you don’t have to choose between your dreams and your wellbeing.

Because I’ve walked the path myself. I know what it feels like to be driven, capable, and successful on the outside, while quietly burning out on the inside. I also know how hard it can be to slow down when the world keeps telling you to speed up. My approach blends the science of nervous system regulation with the soul of yoga, mindfulness, and coaching. I hold space for your whole self - ambition, exhaustion, dreams, doubts and all. This is not about quick fixes or pushing harder. It’s about realignment. It’s about remembering that your wellbeing is not a luxury - it’s the foundation. When choosing a coach / yoga teacher, from experience the best way to do so is to find someone you connect with - and that's why I offer free coffee & connect sessions so we can get to know each other and see if we'd be a good fit.

- Breathwork Facilitator specialising in emotional wellness and nervous system regulation (trauma informed)
