I can find it difficult to create the atmosphere I need to practice at home. Often I crave the solace of a studio just to get the 'whole experience' of a yoga class. However I know I always feel better once I've rolled out my mat; just by giving myself some time, switching off from distractions and moving my body. I find it best to practice in the mornings before anyone else in the house is awake, it really sets me up for the day and being able to create my own energy is so rewarding!
