Service Description

A gentle, grounding flow where we move with intention and linger in each posture to cultivate patience and gentle progression. This class invites you to slow down, connect deeply with your breath and nourish your nervous system. Expect spacious transitions, calming energy and the freedom to honour exactly where you are. With all classes, modifications and hands on assistance will be offered and the use of props (i.e. blocks) encouraged. Our mantra is empowerment! Who is this for: This is an all-levels class open to all - you are invited to come as you are and take what you need, mastering the art of listening to your body. This class is most suitable for beginners, no prior experience necessary. Also please don't worry that you're 'not flexible enough' - there are no expectations in yoga! What you will need: Please bring your own mat and blocks if you have them (there will be a handful available to borrow if needed) Please bring an extra layer / blanket for the relaxation at the end of class Good to know: The class takes place upstairs in St George's Hall. I would recommend walking if you're local; otherwise Dog Lane car park is £1.30 for an hour, spaces for blue badge holders available. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Yoga classes can be rescheduled once without charge with 24+ hours notice. You must log into your account on the website / app to manage your booking. Booking closes 1 hour before the class. Full policy can be found in the T&C's.
