Service Description

One to One sessions delivered via Zoom. I cannot wait to introduce you to the power of the breath! I am a certified Breathe Instructor specialising in nervous system regulation & emotional health. I've also undertaken training in somatic healing & becoming trauma-informed. I love sharing breathwork because it's literally SCIENCE! It's amazing how transformational breathwork is and how it's accessible to EVERYONE. We take around 22,000 breaths per day, yet many of us are stuck in dysfunctional breathing patterns which could be contributing to (if not causing) stress, high blood pressure, immune issues, gut issues, anxiety, sleep issues.... etc. Our breath is our prana, our life force, our ENERGY! We'll start with a Breathing Assessment and discuss any symptoms you have been experiencing and how the way you breathe could be contributing to these. You'll learn how to become consciously aware of the way you breathe and I'll teach you an 'optimal breath' to enhance physical, mental & emotional well-being. We can also work on creating healthy habits using simple breathing techniques that can be weaved into your daily life to improve your relationship with stress, by increasing your window of tolerance to your triggers and building resilience. There are a number of different techniques to practice; we will discuss your goals, lifestyle etc and I can design a course of sessions, supporting you as your very own Breathing Coach! Sessions are typically 60 minutes to allow check in and time for reflection at the end. Please email me on if you have any questions before booking or to arrange a free discovery call.
