Our focus of this session is 'letting go' as we navigate eclipse season and make space for new beginnings. Suitable for all levels but please note conscious connected breathwork is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or suffers with epilepsy or cardiovascular disease.

20 mins moon salutations, moving around the mat to honour the cycle of the moon. An ideal 'cooler' practice for the new or full moon. Suitable for all levels.
