Winter Solstice - Soul Circle

Service Description

Join us as we gather in ceremony for the Winter Solstice - when women join together, magical things can happen! This session will take place in the cosyness of Rock Village Hall - the space will be set up with twinkly lights and soothing music. I'll offer you a cup of soul-warming cacao as we settle in and arrive in the space. I'll start by guiding you through a grounding meditation. The session will be very much guided by the group and the 'vibe', as we create the space for transformation. I'll share breathwork practices to help us connect inwards and express gratitude for what the season has gifted us so far. If you're craving a sense of community and deep nurturing on a soul-level - this is for you! The time spent connecting with yourself and other powerful women will leave you feeling recharged from the inside out. Yoga mats & blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. You'll also receive a self care gift bag to take away with you. There will be a maximum of 12 participants to create a safe and intimate space where everyone feels comfortable and able to have their voice heard should they wish. There is free parking at the venue.
