Service Description

Sophie's classes are a mixture of Vinyasa (flow) Yoga - creating dynamic, mindful movement linked with the breath - and Hatha Yoga, exploring postures for a few breaths. Classes incorporate breath awareness and rest & relaxation at the end of every session. The aim is for you to feel recharged and rebalanced - physically, mentally and emotionally! With regular attendance you'll notice progression in your strength, flexibility & levels of self awareness. Each week there will be different themes weaved in to your sessions (i.e hip openers, heart chakra, full moon) to allow you to deepen your practice. Who is this for: This is an all levels class - you are invited to come as you are and take what you need, mastering the art of listening to your body. Beginners are welcome but some yoga experience may be beneficial. Also please don't worry that you're 'not flexible enough' - there will always be modifications offered :) What you will need: Please bring your own mat if you have one (there will be a handful available to borrow if needed) Please bring an extra layer / blanket for the relaxation at the end of class Good to know: The class takes place at Rock Village Hall. There is plenty of free parking on site. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Yoga classes can be rescheduled once without charge with 24+ hours notice. You must log into your account on the website / app to manage your booking. Booking closes 1 hour before the class. Full policy can be found in the T&C's.
