Service Description

A soul circle is a gathering of like-minded women; a space to connect within and with each other. A space where we find the power in our vulnerability, without external pressures or distractions. A space where together, we can start to shed the layers of conditioning that has caused us to feel stuck and detached from our true selves. A space where we feel seen, understood and held. A space to be authentically YOU. What to expect: Bring anything you need for comfort - cushions, blankets, herbal teas - we'll gather in circle and I'll start by guiding you through a grounding meditation. The session will be very much guided by the group and the 'vibe', as we create the space for sharing and supporting one another. I'll offer breathwork practices to help us connect inwards and express gratitude for what the season has gifted us so far, and we'll open up the circle to share what has come up for us over the past month and what we're letting go of. If you're craving a sense of community and deep nurturing on a soul-level - this is for you! The time spent connecting with yourself and other powerful women will leave you feeling recharged from the inside out, and may just be that catalyst for transformation that you've been waiting for! £16pp Doors open 5 minutes before the session. Parking is free for members / £4 for 2 hours via the RINGGO app. The session will take place in the Discovery Centre (the building behind the cafe) Mats & blankets will be provided for you (but feel free to bring your own) and the space will be set up with twinkly lights, essential oils & soothing music. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Events can be rescheduled once without charge with 72 hours' notice, if it's a regular event. Please send me an email if you find you're no longer able to attend and I'll be happy to transfer to another event. Booking closes 24 hours before the event. Full policy can be found in the T&C's.
