Service Description

Cleobury Co-Working Day - running on the first Tuesday of each month - is a space for women who usually work from home or run their own business, to come together in a shared working space 🤩 This is the perfect way to break up your working week if you usually work alone; improve your work/life balance; connect and network with other business owners or maybe gain the confidence to start your own business! As a Holistic Life Coach, Yoga & Breathwork teacher, Sophie is passionate about empowering women to step into their highest potential and prioritise self-care! She will be on hand with any advice you may need & wellness tips and hacks - you may even enjoy some lunchtime yoga :) What to expect: The upstairs room will be set up with a large desk space in the middle of the room for us to gather round. Bring your laptops, chargers, notebooks etc. If you have a task/project to get on with (maybe you've been putting something off) you're welcome to bring some earphones and get your head down for a bit! But it's also a space to chat, inspire and support one another - as running a business / working from home whilst juggling everything else can be tough! The space is open from 9am-5pm; you can arrive & leave at any time / drop in and out as you please. Sophie will be there during school hours. PLEASE NOTE 5TH DEC WILL BE A MORNING ONLY SESSION (£6) £12 booking fee includes: - Your hot desk space - WiFi access - Refreshments throughout the day (teas/coffees/snacks) - a community of like-minded women - a yoga mat should you wish to practice during the day - Q&A / wellbeing support - a WhatsApp group to stay inspired in between sessions! There's also a £6 option if you'd like to drop in for just the morning or afternoon slot (9am - 12pm or 12pm - 3pm). The Market Hall is located next to the church. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Events can be rescheduled once without charge with 72 hours' notice, if it's a regular event. Please send me an email if you find you're no longer able to attend and I'll be happy to transfer to another event. Booking closes 24 hours before the event. Full policy can be found in the T&C's.
