A little update from me -
Class schedule change
Tuesday evenings at Rock are on pause until further notice. Monthly Yin & Chill Sunday sessions will continue, 2025 dates TBC soon.
Price updates
Monday evenings in Cleobury will be my only weekly classes for now.. I’ve decided to REDUCE the prices for these classes to make them as accessible as possible. Single session £7.50 or 5 classes for £35.
